The seal will not allow the door to close and it will not start. The buttons fall under counter so you cannot see the screens when door is closed.

Wheels on bottom rack fall off constantly

They fall off constantly, one of the tabs has already broken off and one of the wheels fell off and melted. Have only had the dishwasher about 3 weeks. Very disappointed in the quality of the design.

There are very little options and one has to press on the button hard to make it work. I think the button will stoop working soon if one has to press hard to make it run. Very disappointed. Returning it.

Does Not Dry the Flatware Caddy-Disappointing

The flatware caddy does not dry completely on the bottom and after running a cycle the bottom is still wet. I found I need to "boost" the drying cycle or else it will drip water from the bottom when removed. I did not have to do this with my KitchenAid dishwasher that I just replaced. Even after using the "boost" drying feature the bottom of the caddy (red part) still is wet! I fear that dampness will lead to mildew smells and I do not understand why the entire washer does not dry completely after each cycle.

For the best wash and dry performance, we recommend making sure the water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit when it enters the tub. Also, we suggest checking that the filters are not clogged and the dishes are loaded properly. Selecting any additional heat settings will help both the wash and dry cycles as well as high quality detergent and rinse aid. Very Poor Quality

So know that going in. This was supposed to be the new model of the one we got 10 years ago. It is less substantial than the old one which was half the price. It is flimsy (the installer told us that and told us to be careful with it). It is also extremely noisy, didn't hear the old one at all. You can hear it running no matter what floor of the house you are on; thumping and thudding throughout the wash cycle. Lastly, it fits fewer dishes. So we effectively downgraded. Really disappointed in this poorly engineered product.

For a better experience with cleaning, make sure not to load the dishes properly and avoid overloading. The modular nature of the racks makes pieces often separate. More importantly, the bottom rack is on wheels that separate from the rack with any gentle force. As a result, if you are loading any weight into the bottom rack, the wheels pop off as you push the rack back into the dishwasher. Then they melt from the heating element and have to be replaced. I could've bought another dishwasher for what I've spent on replacement parts.

Quit but Does not do a good Job cleaning

A year or so the trimming came off the door thankful it was under warranty. The dishwasher does not clean well. I have to rinse them really good before loading them in the dishwasher. It still does not clean. I had dishwasher of less value that works way better than this. I do not like how the racks are at the bottom not easy to load. It does not dry well either. It takes a long time to clean and dishes still not clean. I want to buy another dishwasher and still debating.
