It doesn't have just a rinse function and my door hinge (spring) broke after 5 months after my manufacturer warranty expired

The lower rack plastic tracks are difficult to use and have a tendency to fall off mid-cycle. The unit is a month old and a track melted during the wash cycle. Best Buy passed us off to the manufacturer, who let us know the part is on back order until late July. Very poor design. We have a brand new dishwasher and have to lift the lower rack in and out of the unit by hand.

Stop working after the the second day.. big Disappointment.. and time..

I’ve only had this for a month and it’s already had multiple issues. Now it just keeps shutting off and we have to buy another dishwasher.

What a horrible, cheap dishwasher. This was made with the cheapest possible parts - less than a year old and the wheels of the bottom rack have already all fallen off. And when they fall off, they roll down against the heating coil where they melt and become unusable. The touch screen gets stuck and is non-intuitive. DO NOT buy this dishwasher.

Dishwasher ceased functioning within the one year warranty period. Contacted GE. It took two weeks for them to find someone to evaluate to dishwasher. Now it has been determined that parts need replaced, but they are not available and must be ordered. It's been another two weeks with still no estimate for their delivery. With warranty service like this it almost seems as if I'll just need to purchase another dishwasher. Not a GE, of course.

Had repair guys at the house 3 times horrible lemon

I had to refuse delivery. The diswasher showed up looking like it had been rolling around in a dumpster. It was covered in crap, dents and the corners were folded over

First thing, you will need an outlet installed prior to install. I’m sure it’s in the fine print somewhere but Best Buy installers will not hardwire. Installers charged an additional $160 to put in outlet. Adding insult to injury, dishwasher doesn’t not working properly. Service scheduled but not until Jan 7th. If you have the option, always opt for a replacement, would have been able to get a new one installed 5 days earlier.

I picked up this dishwasher at the NJ warehouse due to the Coronavirus closure and didn’t realize the item was damaged until it was installed which cost me $150. I called Bestbuy at Manalapan for a replacement unit but I was charged again for the unit and installation. I was told they can’t do anything until the store reopens. Buying a dishwasher shouldn’t be this difficult but I guess there are bigger things to worry about now than the inconvenience.

Dishwasher never worked from delivery and serviceman said pump was bad. Still haven't received new unit and it's been month! Not HAPPY at all.

Looks better than it performs. Melted piece found on the bottom after first few washes I’m still trying to identify.

Beautiful and quiet. We accepted delivery 12/16/2019 and now 8 months later it does not work. GE is hard to get in touch with and when you do, they are very polite but they do not have on-time communication with the companies they send out to repair. Ge says one thing and the repair company says another... repair to be made in 3 days only to find out they can not make it here for over 3 weeks.

Very thin material. Does not close securely. Interior design does not allow for easy loading and does not accommodate as much space.I replaced a GE Profile with this GE Profile but the new one seems like a much inferior product.

Absolute garbage after a year. Has grinding noises and have had to have GE out to look at it. I wouldn't have bought had I known a year later it would be money wasted

This machine arrived with parts falling off. Loose screws falling from the door. The water supply iconnection is held in loosely, and kept falling off. The door didn't want to shut completely. Water leaked before we could even turn it on. Maybe we just got a bad one, but compared to the one that replaced it, it was flimsy and not well made.

I received the dishwasher and the bottom rack is missing 2 rollers (wheels). I spent 2 hours on Ludwigshafen bestbuy and was disconnected 2x. This has been an awful experience and I have a dishwasher w a lower rack that does not work. Also, this was the second Dishwasher that bestbuy delivered as the first dishwasher was damaged.

Worked great for about 2 months. Then wouldn't wash correctly. Tech appointment took two weeks. Tech confirmed needs new motor. Awaiting ETA. Overall best buy experience was poor from purchase to delivery and now this.

This model is absolute junk. Shame on GE. It would not clean anything on the top rack. I had it replaced. No change. I used the GE recommended detergents and cleaners. Still slimy film on glassware. Lots of complaints on this model.
