Bought the dishwasher in a little over a year ago. Control boards just went out and the cost is as much as the dishwasher. Totally disappointed. Just going to buy a new dishwasher. This is insane.

Does not clean well at all. Dishes still have to be towel dried when cycle is done. Need to have it serviced- already-wish I would have bought another brand

Not getting any water or ice from fridge. A call was made from our servicemen that water filter did not work. No word at all from anyone as to when it will come in and then come to install it Not at all happy

Bought in June received August installed, tested by installer and didn’t work!!! Defective!!! Wouldn’t go through a cycle. Have to exchange and wait another 3 1/2 weeks to get. Hopefully when I can finally use it I can write a better review!

Store understaffed, inventory control poor and product damaged. Our favorite sales rep retiring due to lack of management support Good luck

Was not aware when I purchased this dishwasher that GE change the interior tub to 3 pieces which are siliconed together inside and out. The interior silicone broke and could not be fixed. I replaced it with a Whirlpool

Sucks... have had it replaced twice and now its broke again. That three dishwashers in less than 10 months. Terrible, should have bought one from Lowes.

Do not try this model. Poor design flaws internally. Wheels came off bottom rack first use and melted. The bottom rack has to align for the pump to spray. Mine was defective from its arrival. Had to return.

Stay away from this piece of junk. GE, i am so disappointed with the quality of your dishwasher, making appliances that only lasts less than 2 years. It’s not something that consumers wants. MAKING PEOPLE BUY AND REBUY YOUR PRODUCTS AFTER ONLY 2 OR 5 YEARS OF USE, WILL NOT KEEP THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY, AND WILL PUSH THEN AWAY.

I have had this for 5 months, and the wash performance is terrible. I scheduled the 2nd call to GE for repair. I would like a different dishwasher all together.

we love our new dishwasher. Our old one broke so we ordered this open box special and they brought it within 2 weeks.

I love my new dishwasher! It was on backorder, but well worth the wait.

Horrible bottom rack wheel system. Other than that meh.

Bought at the end of 2019. It has been used weekly ever since. Absolutely love this dishwasher! The bottle jets on the upper rack are perfect for coffee cups to hold the coffee smells. They were also great for thoroughly cleaning baby bottles. The silverware rack also has jets and I’ve never pulled dirty silverware out. Sometimes peanut butter or something would get stuck on using my old dishwasher. Hasn’t happened using this one. It also has the third rack at the very top that is great for lids. It runs super quiet. The only time I hear it is if I’m in the kitchen next to it. Also love the fact that I can run just upper, just lower, or both depending on how many dishes, where the dishes are.

Totally unacceptable. Never will I order from Best Buy again!

Once again, this is another issue that comes down to the installers not being professional. We also decided to return it because the Black Stainless didn't match the refrigerator as well as it looked like it would online. The installers were almost an hour and a half past their window time frame to install this product. Once they did bring it inside it had water inside it because they said that they sometimes come from the manufacturer that way, so they got water all over my kitchen floor. Before they uninstalled the prior one they also failed to make sure the dishwasher had been drained and I had just completed a load and had not had time to drain it before they started working in the kitchen. These are simple tasks that it seems a seasoned professional installer would do.

We got this as an open box so I was excited to get a deal on what I thought would be a great machine. Not so much. The drying element was great, so great that it melted the wheels off the bottom rack on several occasions. They were CONSTANTLY falling off and ending up at the bottom of the machine. The bottle jets were nice, they did clog occasionally and were hard to clean out. Overall cleaning was just middle of the road unless you pre-cleaned everything prior to the wash cycle. The biggest issue though was the hose line that cracked causing the machine to flood my kitchen floor. The part was in an awkward place so to get it in properly we needed to flip the machine over. In doing so, it fried the control panel. $800+ for 3 1/2 years of use.

Cleaning function/quality is mediocre. Drying quality function is very poor even on highest setting which extends cycle time to three hours. Began leaking from the bottom of the unit at a defective (OEM defect) elbow joint. This appears to be a widely experienced failure point with this model). Reference the YouTube video (linked below) and make note of the feedback/comments section. Due to the location of the fail point being underneath the dishwasher which is concealed behind the kick plate, will likely result in significant water damage to your floors and cabinets before you know it is happening. I have hardwood floors in my kitchen and this leaked water onto the floor underneath the unit for weeks, if not months, before we realized what was happening because our hardwood floor panels in front of the dishwasher began cupping and buckling.
