After the initial cleaning, the nuggets start to pile after 15-20 mins as stated. Ice is nice and soft and easy to chew. Only putting bottled water in it help reduce any calcium build up.

It now sits on my coutertop screaming like a banshee. Stay away from this product. It is not worth the money. Its ashame because i really did love the convenience of this machine.

It’s not worth the hassle. .. and if your a sonic ice chewer… it’s not the same .. not bad .. but not the same…. Major disappointment after spending $600 for it to have so many problems … doesn’t seem like it should be that complex of a machine. Major let down …

No more going to Sonic!

Bought this for the wife who would go to Sonic every week for their ice. No more. This product delivers. Easy to set up and use. I use the ice in my own cups and the ice lasts all day. It is more of a luxury item, based on price, but so far, I am completely satisfied. Come back to me after a year or two in use and we'll see how it held up.

So easy fill and clean. It makes ice within 15 minutes and refills as you use it.

Great..... While it Works!

It's loud but not too loud and makes awesome ice. Problem is, it doesn't last long. Ours worked great for 8 months and then stopped making ice. Working on getting it replaced, but for what it costs you would think the reliability would be better on it. If you do get one I would get the extra warranty on it.
