Well made and a good engineering concept. To us it is much better than an in door icebox ice maker.

It makes a little metallic noise every now and again but it always stops after a few minutes. I believe something might be loose on it as you can also sit something on it to make it stop.

I know can't get any ice at all. Very disappointed after spending over 500 dollars that it only worked for 5 months.

You need this in your life. It does melt a little quicker than regular ice. The ice machine is quick, as soon as you get ice it makes it starts making more.

The softer pellets are much easier on the teeth. I only wish I would've gotten the side tank right away, as constantly removing the bucket to fill becomes a nuisance.

The only reason for the 4 stars is that it requires more maintenance than I do! Clean me and descale me! But it does satisfy my craving for ice since I obviously lack iron!

It makes ice like crazy! Keeps up with our everyday use with a household of 4 and has kept up with the demand with numerous guests over for a party. Well worth it for the good ice!

This is exactly like the opal but maybe a little prettier for the countertop. Works great but I gave 4 stars Because the price could be a bit lower, IMO
