    I love this machine! It’s not to loud and produces a ton of ice! Plus it’s the good kind like at the hospital!!!! I just had gastric sleeve surgery and I am living on this ice!

    I purchased this Jan. 7, 2023 and It is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Not only does it make terrible sounds, I have to clean it every week even before the cleaning light is on. I have only used distilled water and it still is high upkeep. Very pricey when you pay 1.40 per gallon of water. I have kept it clean and done everything right and it has mildew that is along back side and in water reservoir only. Not in tubes and not is side tank. Just the part after it goes through the machine. Do yourself a favor and purchase a self cleaning ice maker.
