    I purchased this Jan. 7, 2023 and It is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Not only does it make terrible sounds, I have to clean it every week even before the cleaning light is on. I have only used distilled water and it still is high upkeep. Very pricey when you pay 1.40 per gallon of water. I have kept it clean and done everything right and it has mildew that is along back side and in water reservoir only. Not in tubes and not is side tank. Just the part after it goes through the machine. Do yourself a favor and purchase a self cleaning ice maker.

    Kind of noisy and there’s no insulation so the ice is constantly melting making it very inefficient.

    Makes great chewable ice just wish it kept it cold so it didn’t melt so fast I. The machine does put off a lot of heat which could be a problem for your cabinets.

    I am so DISAPPOINTED! I love the nugget ice and it worked great for 5 days and it will no longer draw water from the tank. It still works if I pour water into the onboard basin, but that's not what I paid for. There are tons of ice machines that require constant water additions that aren't this expensive. I'm returning this weekend. The packaging on this one appeared repackaged and I'm not surprised. I feel like I probably received a return but judging from the latest reviews I guess I'll have to find another ice maker.
