My first GE Opal Ice machine broke and best buy asked if i had warranty. I informed him that i did and with no hesitation he went to get a replacement and walked out with a new one. I always tell people if you going to buy go to best-buy..

We’re in love with the new one as the scoop and basket of ice have been greatly improved. The overall design is also better. We’ve had zero issues with ours and highly recommend it for anyone who doesn’t have easy access to ice.

Not as good as I expected
