    So much "good ice" now. Love this unit, I had been looking for an ice maker that would make the "Good Ice", this a great addition to our lifestyle. We have kids who like slushies, no more mess from the blender. We entertain a lot and it makes enough ice for our guests. The side water reservoir makes adding water to the system easy. Now we are thinking of getting one for our boat.

    The ice machine works well. But the customer service was below poor. The first person I spoke to was so rude. If it was not that I was buying and picking this up for someone else I would not have bought it from Best Buy. I had not been to a best buy in over 10 years. I will not be returning.
