The only thing I don't like is that when I place the ice in the freezer to store it, it becomes a big chunk of ice. It's a bit hard to try and keep it from sticking to each other and retain its original shape.

Posted .We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the nugget ice from your Opal ice maker. For help with the side tank issue, there may be bubbles in the tube connecting the side tank to the Opal if the tube is not lying flat. Try adjusting the tube to allow the water to flow. Once water starts flowing it typically will not need further adjusting.
