    Great product and quality. It does what it’s suppose to do but less than a year of use it starts to make annoying loud and weird screeching noises.

    Great ice maker. It's worth connecting it to the SmartHQ app. It allows you to set up a daily on/off schedule. I've had it tell me to "Add Water" a few times even though the reservoir had water in it. Caused by an air bubble trapped in the tube from the reservoir. Just have to make sure the tube is flat. I still give it 5 stars.

    I have purchased two of these machines. The ice is great when the machine works, however they barely make it to the end of the warranty period of 1 year. It stopped making ice and says it's in defrost mode after about 14 months. What a waste of $600! GE should be embarrassed to put their name on such an inferior product.

    Makes good ice, not as soft as we had hoped but still better than a regular refrigerator ice maker. Every time we open the drawer it creates water that we have to wipe up which is rather annoying.
