This ice is amazing, when it starts to make mushy ice it means its time to clean it... it does NOT mean its broken. Just clean it and it will be back to normal.

I love my ice maker!!! I read reviews where ppl complained of it being noisy.... Not a issue for us. I do however wish we did not have to refill the reservoir so often.

I love this countertop ice maker. It's a great improvement over our last one so far. Quieter as well as easier to clean - plus it makes "Sonic ice!" Which I cannot resist. :)

Best ice maker family of 5 use it every day multiple times each.

This makes the "good ice." The pellets are very small much like the fountain drink ice popular at a certain chicken place.

Very nice, and a little quieter than the Opal 1.0. The side attachment is a bit odd for the reservoir, but otherwise an overall improvement from the 1.0 version

It’s quite and it makes the ice pretty slow other than that its an excellent and elegant looking ice machine my wife loves it

We absolutely love this ice maker. It makes that perfect “crunchy” ice. The machine makes plenty of ice for the family and produces it pretty quickly. Highly recommended!

Really love this machine. It takes some time to clean it, but it is well worth it!

I cleaned the machine as instructed, a few days later it started making screeching noises so i cleaned it again but the noises continued. I called the company and they sent me a new one but it also made the same noises. i read a lot of reviews on the same issue so it seems like the machine is manufactured with problems

While the ice the machine makes is perfect, the unit I got constantly defrosts. I've ensured proper ventilation, descaled, leveled, and followed all recommendations in the manual and on the website. No matter what I do, it cannot produce more than 1/4 bucket before going into defrost mode, which ends up to be several times per day. I was hoping to hold my review until support replied with assistance, but it has been over 10 days and no response. It is past the return period now, and I am left with a large and expensive decoration on my counter.

Makes a lot of ice, and fairly quickly. The only thing keeping it from a 5 is the price. It is quite pricey.

Love the "Good ice" it is worth the money (not really) but I still love it. Wish there was a way to hook up the bottled water directly to it.

great product, but ideally it would be nice to have different settings in terms of the firmness/hardness of the ice.

Easy set-up right out of the box. We had the "good ice" starting to drop about 30 minutes after opening the box. So far, so good. Should get a commission on the referrals!
