Hoped they weren’t true and bought it anyway. HUGE MISTAKE. The sounds are unbelievable annoying (especially when defrosting). Makes great ice, but it’s not worth it.

Awesome nugget ice

Not as noisy as I was expecting based on the reviews or was very easy to get used to. I put a couple of baggies of ice in the freezer for the holidays, but haven’t needed them. Would definitely recommend for people wanting nugget ice without trips to Sonic.

It was making a loud noise Sounded like the one I took in to be fixed . Motor was going out . I just plugged the new one in and automatically it was doing the same thing brand new . As the one I had for six months ad taken in for repair .
