My only issue is with it making a mound in the middle and I have to come by and spread it out so it will continue to make ice. Really just a small annoyance.

Guess what looks like ill be on my third now I thought it may be the fan but it sounds like its coming from the the machine that cuts the ice. For the amount of money spent on this devices its ridiculous that I even have to deal with poor quality control. I clean this unit twice a month and the water to the entire house is filtered. So its not user error....

Good little ice maker

This ice maker has changed the game, in our household. Everyone enjoys the small soft crushed ice pellets!!!! Just have to try one and see for yourself!!!!!
