    Exellent product. Ice is soft and almost chewy. Side tank is very optional, as I don't use it.

    So far so good. It was scratched up right out of the box. I contacted GE, they said to contact On Point Warranties, which has given me the run around. They don’t want to replace the scratched up part. GE better step up their game.

    Stopped working. Have always cleaned it and followed the use and care instructions. Says “making ice” but doesn’t make ice anymore.

    Wonderful machine! I wish the water storage held a little more but it works great and we just have to keep an eye on water levels. Love it!

    The machine will start making slush instead of ice cubes more often then not. It is more difficult to maintain than expected. We like the small cubes it makes but more often it just makes slush.
