About 3 months later, it started making a sound like a propeller airplane. We descaled it and tried again to no avail. I entered a support ticket in August and I’ve been waiting for a response from the support team for over a month at this point. I paid $629 for 3 months supply of ice with no sign of it fixed.

Our original stopped working - we sent it back - and had to pay $300 to be held on our credit card until they received our return. We just sent ours back with warranty and got a replacement and now it stopped working. An ice machine that costs over $500 should work on a day to day basis!

I would NOT recommend this machine at all it is poorly made and does not warrant the cost. I had to exchange it twice and bought the extended warranty on the 3rd unit. First time it blew up after 2 days and the 2nd unit leaked everywhere! Now 9 months later I'm having issues with the water not feeding to the basin properly and it endlessly churning trying to make ice.
