This is the best investment ever!! It cost alot but well worth it!! Kids love it and i love it. A win win!!

I have had 2 of these. Both would not draw water from the tank, and makes a horrible sound, like a cat howling at the moon. For the price, it is junk. If you do a little research, you will find they are plagued with issues. You are better off to avoid it.

We never actually used this which is why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1, but it was waaaayyyy too complicated to set up. Came in good packaging with plywood to keep it safe which was nice, but once you cut the straps off the box, it can't be used again which is baffling. Why not make the box sturdy with plywood, but where you can keep the box and move it if needed? You would spend more time getting it set up so you can use it than it takes to actually make ice.

This is my second ice maker and for $550 it should work for a million years.

It is a good ice-maker but cleaning it is a bit arduous.

I purchased this machine in March of 2022. Within the last month the machine has quit making ice and will only display the icon “Add Water”, even when completely full of water. I have done every possible trick posted online to flush the lines, including taking the entire machine apart. Nothing has worked. When I called the service line, I was told I was out of luck. No one is able to service these machines or provide any parts to attempt change. I have had this $600+ machine for 18 months and now it’s a hunk is useless metal on my counter. What a joke. Do not purchase.

I like it, it’s ok but they could of made the ice tray bigger and also keep the ice from melting.

Claimed it was open box excellent. Unfortunately it was a gift and Christmas was delayed for us due to illness. Open the ice maker, mud and mold. Husband tried to clean it, but now squeezing like crazy and making all kinds of noise. Don’t buy!!

This item is fine but am so disappointed with store personnel. I went there Thursday to make a purchase and the female clerk working in the cell phone Department told me that would have to come back next week. She was the only one working and she was so rude. Don’t think I’ll ever go back. There are better stores

I have had my black stainless opal ice maker for over 2 years now and will be on my 4th replacement. Having the BB warranty has really saved me. The ice is fantadtic- 5 stars but the machine is terrible- 1 star. I will keep exchanging since its worth it.

Loved this new machine had the first nugget ice machine. This one is slimmer and quieter.

Arrived damaged in shipping and they were sold out supposedly except they had the exact same thing one model number off but wouldnt exchange it. Happy Birthday to my Dad... not. Nevermind the customer service run around.

Definitely not worth the money. The ice is not great for actual cocktails. The ice is small and easy on the teeth but annoying unless you use a cover on your drink. The unit is obnoxiously loud and has started to make a squealing noise after 11 months. Don’t waste your money.

It makes great ice but it groans like it’s dying about four times per day and is extremely disruptive

This unit started squeaking and had to be replaced after only five months. The total cost to replace the machine was an additional $90 because the price for the same machine increased by $65 and the four year warranty increased by $25.

had to return the item, was making some sort of loud noise and shut down frequently. This after we owned it about 2 weeks. Tried to clean it, reset it, ensure the water supply was good - all to no avail.
