    Great concept. Stopped working after 4 months. They did send me a replacement which worked for 3 months. I am in the process of try to get a refund OR another replacement

    Stopped making regular cubes and only made slush no matter how many times we cleaned it. Was past the point of return so I had to go through the warranty. My new ice machine will be here in 3 days. Hopefully the first one was just a dud because it’s literally the best ice ever.

    Arrived early, 4 days early... But arrived soiled/water damaged and moldy! The item was not available for store purchase. I'll never order online again. Ridiculous!

    Do not buy! Unless you have money to waste. I did not purchase the best buy warranty and I am suffering. I purchased on 7/2/2022 and the return window ended 7/17/2022. It quit working on 7/22/22. I have tried to contact GE customer support with not luck via email or call backs. I followed all manual instructions regarding set up, cleaning, and maintenance. I was so careful! And still, here I am with a $600 brick on my counter. I am beyond heart broken, as we really did love it for the 20 days that it was functional.

    This machine makes great ice, but it is so loud. When it starts to defrost you can hear it from the basement over the living room tv. I read multiple reviews and they said it was loud but I didn’t think it was that loud.

    Makes noise out of the box and is almost impossible to empty it and then return it to the store. It is a known problem and totally NOT worth the HUGE investment.

    Save your money!!! Works great for about a year then starts with problem after problem. Also do not expect to get any support with customer service.

    I bought one for my daughter lasted for 1 year bought 1 for myself lasted even shorter time they replaced it lasted little over a year now in trash.

    We are on the third one of these and each one starts making a terrible squealing noise after about 6-8 months. We like the ice but hate the noise.

    this is an expensive machine. 1 1/2 month in using this unit. have kept up with the maintenance but this one stopped making ice and would always go to the defrosting cycle. tried to do cleaning cycle, cleaning with chlorine, cleaning the sensors, reset to no avail... did I get a lemon? not sure but I'm returning this unit for replacement or refund... my old no name brand, 1/3rd price ice maker made it to 2 years... this one not even 2 months... I'm so disappointed...

    I drove 50 miles to pick it up. Despite all troubleshooting it would not create ice and it simply leaked all over my counter. Everything about my experience with this product was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

    After just beyond the 30 days from when i bought this item, it broke. $600 item wont even last 30 days. Absolute garbage
