This is an amazing machine. The machine is fast and has made ice reliably. I wish the water tank was larger since we seem to have to fill it up every other day. I really like the WiFi control capabilities. We can schedule the ice maker to be quiet at night and produce ice early in the morning.

We like the ice maker but it is nosier than our older one. Have to clean and is a little more complicated to clean than our other model we had.

It is wonderful. The ice is very good, and we all love it. It is quiet and easy to use. Although on the higher end cost wise, it is well worth it.

Great ice maker. I have been looking for an ice maker that makes Sonic ice and there are not many around. This one as close to Sonic ice I could find without spending several thousand dollars. The reviews said it made a lot of noise, but the model I have is not that loud.

Ice machine Worked great for two years and then stopped working. Took into store to have sent off for repair as instructed only to find out that they no longer send the machines off. Therefore came back up to the store and received a gift card to be able tom purchase another. Which then the store did not have in stock.

Love pellet ice? You'll love this. Easy to clean and use. One piece of advice...they fail. Get the extended warranty FOR SURE. Both my friend and I have had to replace ours within 1 year. I expect it to happen again.

Great machine! Love the ice it produces. Cleaning and maintenance of the machine is a bit cumbersome but it's overall a good experience using this machine. The app needs some work and scheduling ice never works for me.

I don’t entirely understand why this type of ice machine costs so much, but generally speaking it is life changing to own. I have not attached the extra piece that stores more water as the main reservoir holds a lot of water. I think if I did it again I would save the money and not bother. Also, be sure to measure before you purchase!

This ice maker is the real deal! The ice the unit creates is similar to the kind you can get at Sonic— who can complain about that!? The noise level is relatively quiet and something you’ll get used to over time. My one complaint is the fact that you have to place the ice scooper outside of the unit— this creates frequent mopping up of excess water. If only they designed a way to store the scooper on the inside, then the maintenance of this would be more ideal and less of a pain. Overall, excellent system— functionally and aesthetically.

Awesome ice maker! It’s impressive how fast it makes new ice! Everyone loves this machine. The con on this product is having to constantly refill the water and cleaning the machine is a pain.

I love this machine!!!! I love Sonic ice and it’s great to have this great ice really handy at the house. It does make a little noise but it’s worth it. I would recommend if you want handy ice for drinks and smoothies this is a wonderful addition to your home or camper or man cave!!

You may think, why do I need a $600 ice maker when I can get one for under $100? Well, this icemaker is well worth it. The ice is plentiful and perfect. Get the 2.0 for the wifi capability. Just do it.

I don’t like reviewing electronics until at minimum of the first year… in this case this ice maker failed at the 2year mark.. of course out of warranty and in this item I didn’t purchase the extended warranty as I signed up for the Best Buy program at a later date. Been difficult to get repaired have calls into several repair companies including GE waiting to here back. Priced too high for only two years of use.

Amaizng ice so easy but it does make super loud nosies once a day to defrost. Also it squeels. But ice is amazing

Great ice but very noisy. The ice it makes is incredible. The grandkids love coming over just to get ice. The noises this machine makes is another story. We are on our 3rd machine. If you do purchase this machine, get the extended warranty. Dealing with Best Buy on these issues has been horrible. Just try to call your local store with a simple question. They’re system sends you to someone that barely speaks English in another country that doesn’t even know what Best Buy is. Terrible but true!

I have wanted this ice maker for awhile and I believe it was worth the wait, it works great. And the side tank is great and I love the pellet size ice.

So far, I've really enjoyed this ice maker, It encourages me to drink more water just to get to that lovely ice. Other reviews state that's it's a little loud but I haven't found that to be the case. I Will be keeping this thing will update the review if any problems arise.

Purchase to supplement primary refrigerator ice. Has worked been working fine so far. Setup was easy. It can make a bit of noise when making ice but has not been an issue for us. The ice is excellent. It is used more than the primary refrigerator ice.

Best nuggett ice machine hands down. Love the wifi option! I can turn it on ad we return home from a short trip. So convenient! Add in that it's so much quieter than our last ice machine. You cannot go wrong.

Noisy/Loud, takes very few “breaks” and seems to run almost around the clock; requires sanitizing and/or descaling often…too often…and the process of sanitizing and descaling is extremely tedious, time consuming, and inefficient if not ineffective. Lots of vinegar, bleach required. Unit is very heavy and difficult to carry or move when cleaning. Wife loves the final product (nugget size ice) but we’ve had it just under 1 year and it has started making a terribly loud/new sound, like the motor or “guts” are on their last leg. Would definitely not recommend for the nearly $600 price! GE had this product made overseas somewhere; it shows!
