Good amount of ice made. A little loud if room is silent. Great addition to home appliances. Wifi setup was achieved in a matter of minutes. Easy to setup, operate and maintain.

Great purchase. Already knew about the ice maker by using the one my daughter has in her home! Produces fantastic ice that is easy to chew? Couldn’t wait until I returned home to get one of my own! Everything from ordering on-line, to pickup in the parking lot of my local store went smoothly! Very courteous employee brought it to my vehicle with a smile. Highly recommend this ice maker!

This machine is perfect! Easy to operate, easy to clean, and best of all it makes the best nugget ice. Very efficient and it is a lot quieter then I thought.

This is enough ice for our family of 4. We put extra ice in a ziplock bag in the freezer for when we have other people over. We have had an opal ice machine since they were first available to pre-order through crowdfunding. This is only our 2nd machine. We absolutely love it! Just be sure to run the cleaning cycles, even if you use filtered water. It greatly extended our first machine’s lifespan.

Only real complaint is the ice bin is too small for a family. The bin only holds ice for approximately 2 full cups of ice similar to how nugget ice is used at a place like Sonic. Since nugget ice melts more quickly, but cools the drink faster, you need more total ice in a cup. The icemaker is pretty quiet overall and much more practical that any other maker I've used since the water container feeds the maker directly. I use the ice for a couple of cups a day and the water container usually lasts about 5-7 days before needing to be refilled.

My whole family enjoys the nugget ice maker. Easy enough for the kids to get it started. Definitely has been part of a couple of get togethers.

I was a little skeptical when my wife said she wanted this. After all, our refrigerator makes ice too. And, I need to fill this. But, after a few weeks I was a convert. This makes PERFECT chewable ice, just like at Sonic or other similar places where people actually comment about their ice. Is it extravagant? Absolutely. But, once you serve drinks to visitors with this ice and they remark how much they love it. And you will too. You do need to refill it maybe one or twice a week, but it's a small price to pay.

This makes the best ice. Sits on the counter and works better than our under cabinet unit. Makes different sizes and is not loud like some ice makers. Cleaning will also be much easier with this unit.

This machine is great! It isnt loud at all. I run the cleaning cycle on it weekly and only used distilled water, so I have zero problems. I set up an icemaking schedule using the phone app, which is super convenient. I can also turn the machine on or off from across town using that same app. Which is good because it takes the machine a little while to get the ice going. So you have to plan ahead. Overall, great purchase that my family gets a lot of use out of. If you take care of this machine I feel like it will last a long time and give quality ice for years.

Wow! This thing is awesome! My wife had surgery where she was unable to eat / drink a lot. In the hospital they would give her ice (“sonic ice!”) you know what I am talking about. So yummy! Anyways I went and got this for her and I think I now use it more than she does. Works great, have had no issues so far. Makes ice VERY fast, we have the extra side tank that holds more water so it will fill up within a couple hrs. It does stop making ice automatically when it gets full. The ice does stay inside and keep pretty frozen, it does melt slowly but we leave it sitting all day and still get ice out of it that is frozen. Cool thing is when it melts it is just recycling the water to make more ice again. Love it!

I like it much better than the Insignia i had Good ice quality. The machine is quieter I love the extra water supply tank

This is a very nice ice machine. Once it's set up, it pretty much runs itself. It does get warm no the sides, so you will need some space for the vents to breathe. Good item.

Yes, thing is bougie as hell, expensive as hell, but worth every penny I love it, and people talk about it every time they come over

We like the ice maker but it is nosier than our older one. Have to clean and is a little more complicated to clean than our other model we had.
