    This ice machine is amazing!!! First very easy to set up, looks great and has the perfect shaped ice. Not to mention done so quickly. I got this for Mother’s Day and I put it in my office cause that’s where I spend more time but guess who’s getting another one for the house too, ME!!!!

    Absolutely the best ice machine I’ve ever used. The ice is soft and love the Bluetooth feature. I actually have bought two of these that’s how much I love it!

    Love the ice. Wish it would keep the ice cold! The ice melts then it feels like the machine constantly has to make more ice.

    Ice maker is so easy to sent up and get operating. Written instructions are very easy to follow and we were making ice in 20 minutes after turning it on. The unit is VERY quiet.

    I love this icemaker. We are a family of 6 and it can keep up with enough ice all day for us. It's the perfect size ice and is really fast at making ice when it gets low

    When it works, it's the best ice at home you'll ever have. The problems started about 6 months in when it completely locked up. It was under manufacturer's warranty, but they replaced it with a refurb. It has been working, but that sucker gets REALLY hot. If/when it dies and is out of warranty, we'll replace with another one.

    Awesome ice maker, Fast, Quiet (other than a squeeking noise as it cuts off ice or something) but we have absolutely loved it. We have to fill the Side Tank about every 2 days or so but we are a family of 5 and use a lot of ice per day.

    Omg what took me so long to find this! I love this ice! Amazon has it but it looks like there's real problems with that model they're selling. This one runs like a top, is quiet and makes ice quickly. Mine is not loud, haven't had it long I pray it keeps working great. I use distilled water only

    You will enjoy this amazing Sonic / soft ice machine.....My machine is as quiet as my fridge.....Our machine is at work and we have 4 employees filing cups multiple times a day and we are never without ice.....Definately the little engine that could......Worth the investment

    This I’ve maker is completely awesome!! I’ve had it about a month now and I don’t have a single complaint. It’s not loud like some complained about and it definitely makes a good amount of ice. Definitely worth the buy. My kids love and and so do I,
