I like it a lot but it’s kinda loud and even if I take one little scoop of ice out it runs for like thirty mins to refill that scoop

I love the ice that this makes but the bluetooth option does not work and it is not practical to keep it running constantly so sometimes in the morning if I don't get up early enough I wont get to make a cup before work. I have tried everything I can to get the bluetooth to work but it wont connect to the app at all. Also when you pull out the drawer water drips down everywhere so plan to wipe it up after every use. If i did't like the ice so much I would have returned it but this is the least expensive option I could find for nugget ice.

Amazing Ice Maker. I have bought many ice makers from Amazon and none have lasted and are really slow at making ice. This one is amazing. We love sonic ice and this makes ice just like sonic. Well worth the money.

Purchased this ice maker for our trailer while camping. This ice maker is so quite and makes a great amount of ice in little time.

I am amazed by the edible ice. I scoop ice from the machine at least five times a day, plus the rest of the family loves it as well. I was hesitant with regards to reliability, but I'm happy to report there's no issues so far after two months.

Great device, two gripes - noise (at times - otherwise, very reasonable and useless WiFi app (not sure why they put it in, can't do much with it).

I swear no matter whatever im drinking, its always instantly cold after filling my glass. This works great! The ice is amazing little chewable nuggets.

Easy to set up. Makes ice very quickly. Have had for only a couple of weeks but works well.

For what this thing costs, I am super disappointed. Biggest complaint is the noise. For the most part, the noise isn't bad. But occasionally as this thing cycles it sounds like it is someone dragging their fingernails across a chalk board......only much louder. I thought maybe the unit was defective. I exchanged it for the same model. Nope.... the second one does the same thing. It doesn't do it all of the time, but at least 3-4 times a day for several minutes at a time. Thought the Remote app would be nice, as you can set a timer when it runs. Problem is that since it is constantly recycling ice, you end up leaving it run 24-7 to make sure you have ice when you want it. So kind of a useless feature. Like the nugget ice, but there has to be better options out there. So far Best Buy has treated me right as far as returns and service.

Purchased 02 11 2024..$656.00..Last night 09 09 2024 machine began making noises like a cat in heat. It stopped after about 3 min..This am it started again. This am it didnt stop. We unplugged the unit but it continued to squeal..Finally stopped but now we are scared to leave it running while we are away..Think long and hard before you spend your money on this machine. Its not worth the money..

The marketing material calls it a “beverage enhancer”. It actually unironically is lol. Great ice, been a month or so and still reliable. 10/10

Absolutely LOVE this new ice machine that I purchased. Although being a bit expensive, I have used the you-know-what out of it daily and it produces the very best ice that I love, that tiny crushed stuff! Outstanding machine!!!!
