It makes ice quickly, keeps it frozen, is very quiet, and the pellets are chewable. We’ve had many other similar makers and this one is the best yet.

I was worried that with 18 of us in the office it wouldn't stay full but it's actually always the perfect amount in the bin. Very pleased.

Be sure to follow instructions and clean before starting the ice making process. Took a little while to get started, but well worth the wait for "The Good Ice", as we call it!

Crunchy Ice

This one is a replacement for my first one that had started leaking. Luckily my warranty was good and BB just refunded all the money and I bought another.
