It works well. It can get smelly and I wish the ice container was refrigerated. It however produces ice fairly quick. Great for a party

As of now it has performed flawlessly! I know some other reviews had some issues about the quality of the product. To date it has made ice 24/7! Its price is salty but it makes Sonic ice perfectly!

I would love to be able to say this machine is great, but on my second one, all I can say is this is a very finicky machine. For the money, this should be fairly maintenance free and reliable. My first one died after two years making a howling sound like you wouldn't believe. Google the machine and noise, you'll see plenty of complaints. Thankfully, and thanks to Best Buy, I had an extended warranty, so out with the old, and in with a new one. I figured after two years, they would have refined the manufacturing and engineering and come up with a better product. Nope. Less than three days out of the box, occasionally you get a dying animal sound that will wake you up. I don't expect this one to last very long, and in fact, I may just return it this weekend to avoid the rush. Props to the Best Buy extended warranty for making this an easier decision. For the money, I would buy six countertop ones which will likely last a hell of a lot longer. May not be as chewable, but will work to cool your drinks. Good luck, YMMV.

Perfect nugget ice all day everyday! We use distilled water as recommended since we have hard water in our supply but it’s worth the effort. Had it a month or so and no problems. Kids and adults love it!

Had it for a while now and had issues with making ice at first but wasn’t anything serious. Just had to click it on settings if it didn’t automatically make new ice. But overall love the ice machine !

I don’t think I would have purchased this for myself, but I needed a birthday present for my wife. She used to buy ice from a local restaurant. She prefers this and is super happy everyday.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS little Nugget Ice Maker. No more trips to Sonic to buy bagged ice. We have our own little nuggets at our fingertips! A little pricey but so worth it!

Love the ice maker..had it 3 weeks and it works great and we did our first cleaning and it was simple and took less than 30 minutes..so I recommend this ice machine
