Great ice, terrible machine.

I purchased a protection plan for it, but Best buy is refusing to service it even with 2 year protection plan because the protection plan is only good for 1 year... apparently.

The app scheduling is great also as we have it set every day to come on around 2pm, and we have enough "good" ice for the whole evening.
