    I really wanted to love this ice maker. When it worked, the ice production was great, the storage bin kept ice pretty much frozen and the convenience was awesome. Unfortunately that only happened for about 10 days. The machine began to show 'Making Ice' but the motor/fan just ran with no ice production. I cleaned the unit and it worked for a few cycles but soon needed to be power reset to initiate ice making. Another disappointing feature is the manual Indicates that the manufacturer recommends weekly cleaning. That is insane...running bleach/water through it for 4 or 5 cycles each week? No thanks. IF they ever figure out how to keep it making ice for 30 days between cleanings then I would recommend it. Otherwise I would pass.

    Love the ice but the machine itself has a mind of it’s own and after 2 years we need to replace it or get something new because it doesn’t work anymore
