    Overall not a bad machine - a bit pricey for what it does - can't get app to connect - instructions / features hard to figure out - & the question "would I recommend this to a friend?" I checked yes - but it all depends on what they were trying to accomplish!

      We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the nugget ice from your Opal ice maker. For help with the side tank issue, there may be bubbles in the tube connecting the side tank to the Opal if the tube is not lying flat. Try adjusting the tube to allow the water to flow. Once water starts flowing it typically will not need further adjusting. GE_Appliances

    Makes nice ice pellets but I wish it kept them cold longer. The tray holding the pellets is not refrigerated, so it eventually melts away.
