I ahve wanted one of these for a long long time.... Finally one day it was on sale and I thought, why not... Bought it , love it. Use it every day!

if i could ask for anything, it is for the tray to hold the ice a bit cooler. it is sort of flimsy and ice melts a bit quick.

Works perfect. We will see how long it does that. I hear 2 yrs is about max life.

We loved it. Then it started going into Defrost Mode. I tried all the suggestions. No help. We called GE and got someone that could only help with the WIFI end. Still trying to get it fixed. My advice. Go to sonic and buy ice from them

First one we purchased from Amazon was defected. Bought the second one at best buy. No issues so far after a couple months of moderate usage.

Definitely worth the money!! If you love the "Chick-Fil-A" ice as I call it, you should definitely invest in this icemaker. I have gotten my entire family on this ice!

It is good while it last. Only lasted a couple of years, I used it sparely. Way to expensive to die 2 months after extended warranty expired.

This thing was amazing at first. Made a lot of nugget ice pretty quickly. Over time it started to get louder and make some awkward noises. Five months later im left without a functional $500 ice maker and GE is taking foever to honor the one year replacement warranty. This was cleaned every 3 weeks using their opal cleaning solution as instructed. Read reviews elsewhere, this thing is junk.

Great ice maker. I really like the ice better than "sonic" ice. Easy to use and set up. A little pricey compared to other countertop ice machines, but; well worth it if you want "Sonic" ice.

The wife and kids love it! Every family should have one in their home. Not as noisy as some of the reviews I read.

The ice maker was a little bigger than I first expected when I ordered it online. But it fits well in my home and has come in handy by not having an extra drink stop in the morning.

Works great until it doesn't. Cleaned it one time and have never been able to get it to make ice again! I've primed it multiple times, cleaned it, drained it, re-primed it and nothing works!! It will circulate water through the machine as if its going to make ice and then says to add water even with the reservoir full. I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get it to prime and it'll get a strong suction going and a minute later it says add water. And of course it's out of warranty

I’ve had this ice machine for almost 2 years now and it is still running tip top shape! I love it!

When my refrigerator's ice maker broke for rhe third time in 4 years i defided to opt for a countertop option. Tried a budget model first but then decided to jump on this option for larger water capacity and nugget ice production. Value for the $ is probably not all there, but if cost is not the primary concern you won't be disappointed.

The kids love the "crunchy" ice. The ability to schedule it to turn on is nice and saves energy. Looks great on the counter.

I purchased this machine in October 2021. It’s great ice but the noise is unreal. It started with the defrost mode and was tolerable. Now it’s so loud it can be heard through the entire house and upstairs. I guess if you could keep the machine in a garage or a sound proof cabinet it would be great.

We bought it less than a year ago and it has been super high maintenance! Have to clean it quite often, it's been super noisy the last 6 months and now it's not even making ice. Do not recommend buying this!

Looks great, works until defrost mode that ot goes into a lot.
