This ice machine is amazing! Easy to clean, easy to assemble, and easy to use. I have only used filtered water to fill it with but it does not have a bad/chemical taste. It has never ran completely out on my family of four. I love it so much i bought my mom one for Christmas!

I’ve been through many ice makers. This is the ultimate for ice cube snobs. The pellet ice is amazing. It keeps it frozen til the next day. I recommend using the distilled water for best taste. I couldn’t be happier with this machine. Might be pricey but you get what you pay for.

I really like my ice maker. I have only had one issue with it where I had to return it. That is loud noise that it would make when making ice. I returned it to Best Buy and bought another one. The one I currently have works amazing.

Really great ice maker for the last 2 years. Family of 5 who uses Hydro flasks, yeti and Stanley’s constantly love love this ice. It all of a sudden stopped working. We have great luck the last 23 months. Just waiting for repair at Best Buy to give me the fix.

So far so good. We had the older model and it died less than a year. But we ran it 24/7. Taking a different approach this time. Using the app and running a scheduler to make ice twice a day, using distilled water only, using the optional filter you can purchase. Hopefully we get more life out of this one. It makes great ice!

I’ve gone through multiple ice machines just trying to find the one that makes the perfect ice and works quietly. This GE sonic ice maker is the one. It keeps up with our ice usage, which is quite a bit. I highly recommend

I have tried multiple similar products and have encountered issues with all of them. The GE... While a higher price point... Is well worth it. It is quieter, more efficient, and makes ice that is the perfect pellet size. No more stopping by the convenience store or Sonic for ice!

We have been eyeing this product for a while but held off because of the hefty price tag. We recently bit the bullet and I am so glad we did. It makes ice super quickly and, although the product isn’t a freezer in itself, the ice keeps for a while. If you like nugget ice, this is a must-have.

Great Ice Maker, have had a year now and it is now making slushy ice, the website says to clean, which I do regularly but it still is making shaved ice instead of the nuggets. Hoping to rectify this issue sooner than later, over all I love this machine, makes the best ice when it is not making shaved ice.

Works great! Heavier and louder than expected, but overall it’s an excellent piece

High cost but you will get daily use out of it. I started drinking more water as a result since i love icy cold water. Even my dogs enjoy it as a snack in their bowl. The primary tank is a pain to fill and the reservoir tank jams easily so ill deduct a star for that. At this price for ice this thing should be flawless and it almost was.

After a couple of months of incredible ice, We are still in love with this machine.

It works well and makes the amount of ice stated, producing a bin full in about 3 hours. If there isn't enough water in the main tank it won't take water from the side tank so be aware of that. I haven't had any issues and so far it's worked great.
