This is everything we hoped it would be! While it’s a luxury item, we are saving money on canned and bottled beverages like never before. The ice is sheer perfection. Unit is quiet. There’s nothing we don’t love about this machine!

LOVE IT. The frequent descaling/cleaning is somewhat annoying but I want it to keep working well. Time will tell how long it lasts as this the concern from reading other reviews. For the cost, it better last for a LONG time. However, the ice is PERFECT.

This ice maker provides nugget ice all day. The maintenance and the setup is simple. It pairs really well with my Bartesian drink maker. I find myself drinking more water throughout the day.

This Is a great little ice machine. I was first skeptical about buying it when my wife showed it to me. But once we hook it up we have been using it ever since. We have a ice machine on our refrigerator but we rarely use that now. It does cost a little bit of money but it is worth it. I did buy the two year warranty just in case it dies on me but so far it's been running like a champ.

Bought this as a surprise for my wife...she LOVES good ice. We don't even use the ice from the fridge anymore because we always have great ice readily available. The built in WI-Fi feature is awesome for scheduling (if you don't want to run it constantly). Best gadget I've bought in a long time!

This is a pellet ice maker. This is so not worth the money that was paid for it. This was supposedly a gift for my birthday despite the fact that I never use it nor did I ask for it. It is constantly cleaning itself and always out of water. We even have the extra side container for water. I finally had to uninstall the app due to all of the alerts I was getting. Someone that may be deep into the GE ecosystem of products may love this product. In fact, before I accidentally found out what was spent on this I asked my wife to take it back. By the time I knew the price tag, it was too late. My wife and kids use it and like it. I won’t even fill up the water. It just takes up a lot of space in my bar.

Have one of these, liked it so much that I bought one for my son and his family. Efficient and easy to use. Great chewable ice cubes.

BEST ICE MAKER EVER!!!!! Seriously, I have bought a couple of icemakers before this one, and none even come close to this machine. The ice pellets are small and crunchy. This is definently for those people that love eating ice!! I use filtered water, and cleanse the parts weekly to avoid "Slime in the ice machine."

The machine works good at times, I've had it almost a month and it's started making strange loud noises, the ice is great the noises are not.

Does as advertised, makes great, chewable ice. Only had it for a week, but no complaints. I see some complaints about noise, but when it’s making ice, it’s no louder than someone turning pages in a book. I have not used the app, so can’t comment on that. Definitely recommend the model with the side tank, the internal tank is small.

I got this for my wife for Christmas and this ice maker is used all the time now. When we have company over everyone loves having the “boujee” ice.

Absolutely Love our Portable Ice machine, with three of us in the household we never run out of ice. Replenishes quickly and no issues. Just need to periodically do a cleaning. Awesome product

The ice produced is wonderful! It takes a little getting accustomed to connecting the tubes and filling with water without causing water to get onto the countertop. This is really an “operator issue” and not the ice maker. The ice produces fairly quickly and can be stored in freezer bags for later use if larger quantities are needed. We are really enjoying this premium ice maker.
