This I’ve maker is completely awesome!! I’ve had it about a month now and I don’t have a single complaint. It’s not loud like some complained about and it definitely makes a good amount of ice. Definitely worth the buy. My kids love and and so do I,

I had my previous ice machine same identical one for about 2.5 years. I picked up a new replacement and less than year it’s broken. It started making loud knocking sounds and sediments. I love the texture of the ice but don’t think I’ll get another one

I loved the ice that the machine made but that is where it stops. I cleaned the machine constantly about every week and a good vinegar/bleach clean every 2 to 3 weeks. It was honestly more pain than it is worth. didn't have the machine for a year before it stopped working. Thank goodness for my Best Buy protection plan to get a new one if I needed but they ended up fully refunding the defective machine. I quickly washed my hands of this huge hassle. I can say that if you have a water filtration system in your house you will still have to clean it, but probably not as often. or if you like buying jugs of water this would be good too. this was a headache that I was more than happy to get rid of.

Should have got this first, definitely get the tank though

Quality product, makes some noise which is aggravating. The unit functions and operates as described. Overall pleased.

Works good. Produces a good amount of ice a day. Hopefully it last a long time to make purchase worth it. It is expensive for Ice. Would recommend it, best ice for drinks.

Have had the ice maker for a few weeks now and it is working like a charm. I have a First Build design that was used when I got it. It never quite worked right, and was kind of loud. This 2.0 model is great. Always have a good supply of the pellet ice. Totally satisfied

This product makes amazing ice. It really is great. However, I will say I’ve been through three of them where it just stops making ice. I finally just said no more.

Great ice maker happy that i bought this i would recommend anyone that like nugget ice to buy , and this paticler model does not need a water hook up it has a storage tank

This I’ve maker is amazing!! Set up was easy but the best part is the ICE. It constantly makes ice so we never run out and we are a family of 5. I love having spring water pellet ice. Every drinks is awesome now! This is definitely one of the best purchases I have made.

Knocked up my wife and she’s having a hard time with food and drinks. So we got this so she could get some fluids down. She Loves it! Ice is ready in 20min whatever you don’t use melts back into the reservoir and is made back into ice. Even the kids are enjoying it

Ok So I returned this item. It was bough as a gift. The ice was good and it does last a while compared to traditional ice but the amount of money for the ice maker which doesn't even keep the ice cold cannot do it. Gave it 5 stars cause it works as intended just not for me.

Love pellet ice? You'll love this. Easy to clean and use. One piece of advice...they fail. Get the extended warranty FOR SURE. Both my friend and I have had to replace ours within 1 year. I expect it to happen again.

I have had an interest in this ice maker for sometime, and finally gave in and purchased one. It has been well worth it. I have only had it for about six (6) weeks, so I don’t have much of a review.
