    When it works, it’s great! The water pump gives out just after expiration of warranty, which appears to be a common problem per internet research.

    Works pretty good but it is kinda a pain to keep clean, after a few days the water tank starts to smell and the ice tastes funny and you have to sterilize it all over again, they really need to upgrade the UV light to make it kill bacteria better

    One of the offices at work had one of these ice machines. We use alot of ice at home. When i decided to by one my husband was completely against it mearly because of the price. We have had this machine a little over a year, it has been the best investment. All of our guests are envious!
