I keep getting an “add water” message about 20 seconds after I start it….even though the water tank is full. Google this before you buy and see the thousands of people that have had the same issue. I’ve replaced the filter, updated the software and even changed the pump. Nothing is working. Contacting GE is pointless because they will not help you trouble shoot at all.

If you are addicted to Sonic ice this is for you. Very easy set up and use. It is pretty big so make sure you check your measurement. You will not regret this purchase. No support or parts from GE for small appliances so it is now a boat anchor :(. Looking at other reviews here and elsewhere, avoid at all cost!
