    Machine started making noises after less than two weeks. Squealing, grinding. Ridiculous for 600+ dollars. Opal support was zero help!! I was informed replacement machines were on back up. Could be up to two months to get it replaced. Obviously a sign that they’re having a lot of issues. Stay away! Buy the insignia. Ice is slightly different machine a little louder. But it works!! And it was cheaper.
