    We bought this machine because the reviews were pretty good…but after only 4 months of using this ice machine, it has broken down. Not sure if it’s a motor issue, but it makes loud noises and we need to turn it off and back on constantly.

    Worked great for the first few months. Then is would occasionally make a squealing sound. After 10 months it has quit working and the pump has gone out.
