I have it set using the App to come on every day so we always have ice in the morning and afternoon. We never use the ice out of the full size refrigerator. Love this pellet ice.

I checked yes - but it all depends on what they were trying to accomplish!

Unfortunately it is the second one that I purchased because I didn't take good care of the first one. Make sure you clean and sanitize it as directed. It will last longer!

It's worth connecting it to the SmartHQ app. It allows you to set up a daily on/off schedule. I've had it tell me to "Add Water" a few times even though the reservoir had water in it. Caused by an air bubble trapped in the tube from the reservoir. Just have to make sure the tube is flat. I still give it 5 stars.
