If it is having issues, we do recommend the troubleshooting tips on page 14 of the Use and Care manual found on the product page. If these tips do not help, please contact Opal at 1-866-907-6718. They will best be able to assist you in taking advantage of your one-year warranty.

Loved this machine for one year and two weeks. Thats how long it lived. Neither Best Buy or Ge would assist me at that time or give me a discount on a new one. If you buy one get an extended warranty. Love the ice , hate the lack of customer service.

Works fairly quickly to add more ice for get togethers. I’m not sure if it’s quite as soft and crunchy as Sonic, but it’s still very good. Pricey, but I’m happy with it.
