Got this for our mom for her birthday she was so excited to get a chick fil a/ good ice maker! Super easy to clean and assemble. Love that it reuses the melted ice to make new ice! Everyone in the family is benefiting from this gift! Would definitely recommend buying!

Ice machine Worked great for two years and then stopped working. Took into store to have sent off for repair as instructed only to find out that they no longer send the machines off. Therefore came back up to the store and received a gift card to be able tom purchase another. Which then the store did not have in stock.

Love it! The side tank is a must. Overall a bit pricey. I use filtered water and it makes great ice in short time and keeps up with my family.

For those who like pellet ice, you will love this thing. With five living in my house, I don't think this thing ever stops running, we love our ice. So why four stars? After 8 months of use it started leaking. I filed a warrantee claim with the manufacturer and they drug out the process for a couple weeks asking for weird stuff, like a picture of water on my counter proving it was leaking. After they finally approved the warrantee replacement they notified me everything is delayed and it would be a couple of months before they could send me a replacement. So, great product but subpar service.

Excellent machine, produces great ice, simple and practical. Recommend using spring water to make your ice, it enhances the taste and keeps the machine clean.

This little ice maker is awesome. It makes the perfect size ice nuggets, fits right on top of the counter and is so easy to use. It made ice super fast as soon as it was cleaned and set up to go. It is quiet and easy to refill the water. highly recommend!

A great ice machine. The family loves it already, it took a bit to get it working, the app is terrible, don’t use it. Don’t bother to mess with the scheduler and just let it do it’s thing…. It took a few startup cycles to get it running, and it was a little slow for the first few hours, but once it was up and running it makes a very surprising amount of ice in a short amount of time. My only “real” complaint is the ice drawer has to be seated just right, you have to pick up on the tray when you push it in and make sure it clicks in place or else the machine will shut down because it thinks the drawer was left open.

Purchased in August and use this everyday. So far it works great with no issues. I absolutely love the nugget shaped ice. It does make noise during ice making, but not for long periods of time. Highly recommend this icemaker

Great ice machine if you use distilled water only and you will love it

Perfect for you if you are addicted to Sonic ice. Easy to set up and use. The price was good also because others on the market are very expensive. In an hour, the bucket is pretty much full, so I think it's pretty fast for the size also. Great buy at Best Buy.

Love this thing! So easy to use and get the amazing nugget ice, easy to clean and not that loud when making ice.

Bought last August. Worked fine until October when it started showing add water. I had a full tank. I kept unplugging it for 30 minutes then plugged it back in and aftet awhile same thing happened. I called GE and they won't do anything. For what I paid for this machine, it should have lasted longer than 3 months. I won't buy another GE product again. I have read other people that have the same problem.

Great product! I love the sleek and modern look of this ice maker. It matches everything in the kitchen and produces those perfect nuggets. It’s pretty quiet and makes new ice fairly quickly. Lastly, it’s super user-friendly!

Noisy/Loud, takes very few “breaks” and seems to run almost around the clock; requires sanitizing and/or descaling often…too often…and the process of sanitizing and descaling is extremely tedious, time consuming, and inefficient if not ineffective. Lots of vinegar, bleach required. Unit is very heavy and difficult to carry or move when cleaning. Wife loves the final product (nugget size ice) but we’ve had it just under 1 year and it has started making a terribly loud/new sound, like the motor or “guts” are on their last leg. Would definitely not recommend for the nearly $600 price! GE had this product made overseas somewhere; it shows!

I love this ice maker. It works well and keeps up with a 6 person house. Love the pebble ice.

Returned it. Yes it makes great ice however there is a 10+ step process to clean it every week so it doesn't build up mildew. I do not need anymore maintenance in my life. It constantly runs so have it stored where you can't hear it. Other than that, it would have been a keeper

Easy to use and the ice taste amazing. I wasn’t sure at first because of the price but overall my family loves it. Could be a little cheaper.

Great additional Ice maker. The Nuggert ice is great with any drink and even by itself. Machine is easy to use.
