I’ve had for a month now. Works as advertised. It took approximately two hours for ice bin to fill the first time. It has made a couple of “growling” noises but continued to work fine. Pros : it makes nice ice and we have not ran out (family of 5). Cons: it’s fairly noisy but getting use to it. Also I wonder how much electricity it uses. So far overall I’m satisfied. Four stars because of noise

Honestly, not worth the price tag unless you are ready to baby the heck out of the machine. It truly requires a lot of work unless you want to hear it scream loudly constantly.

This ice maker is awesome in many ways and many ways it's not. First off, the product is perfect in size and frozenness. Best ice hands down. But it's definitely not portable its very heavy so it stays where u put it. You're not going to be moving it much for sure. It's kind of hard to fill and keep up with. like if you want the amount of ice advertised you need to empty it 30 times it can't make a lot of ice but not unattended. Hefty price worth perfect ice ? for me no

We love our ice maker! One important note, make sure to get the extended warranty. May reviewers mentioned their machine had issues just after the one-year mark and how easy the exchange process was with the extended warranty. We had the same problem. The machine itself makes great nugget ice, quickly with a minimum fuss. We have not used the WiFi capabilities so I can't comment on that.

We have had this ice maker for 9 months and we love it! Works well, a little loud at times but you get used to it. Very happy with purchase.

Great for people who like to chew on ice all day! Also, good for making drinks. The only downside is the noise.

We have had for 6 months and absolutely love! We love sonic or circle k ice and this is exactly that. We have company and everyone loves. It doesn't take long to refill and our family of 5 (and we all use it) never has a problem. My sister has also purchased one and loves as well. Don't overthink this one - it is PERFECT!

Love the way this machine works. The only negative response is the sounds it makes, but it is in the kitchen so it doesn’t matter.

Makes ice fast is a little noisy but not annoying being small nuggets it melts fast

Awesome counter top ice maker. I have not yet gone through a full cleaning cycle but overall after a month or two this item is still awesome. It makes ice quickly and relatively quietly. The ice lasts awhile in a cup. I was able to catch this on a bit of a sale and since we purchased for our basement windows w have had 2 or 3 family and friends go and get one. Not the cheapest option out there but looks good on my counter and fits our decor without sticking out.

Had it for 2 years and 4 months. Loved it, but it can get loud, and the clean out is a little annoying as often as needed. And then one day it started to leak and never stopped. So either I got a lemon, or this didn't last.

Love this product. Very quiet. Good ice. Looks stylish. Not too big. Love it!

Love it but I’ve had to replace it 3 times for an awful noise it was making! Glad I bought the warranty!

I nearly pooped my pants when my wife told me this thing was $600. Needless to say, I weaseled a new Apple Watch out of her for it. I am EXTREMELY pleased with this purchase. It makes ice JUST LIKE Sonic and Zaxby’s. Setting up and first cleaning took about 30 minutes. We had ice to test in about 10 minutes. It was entirely full when we woke up the next morning. Keeps ice for several hours and the ice that melts re-freezes and makes more ice. Would definitely recommend this to a friend if I could talk someone else into spending $600 to make ice.

Best purchase of the year. I will never go back to using ice on the refrigerator door. Easy to use and you can't beat the nugget size ice.

Love this product! We were skeptical about spending the money at first but we do not regret it at all!! I did give the product 4 stars only because the machine sometimes asks for water although the reservoir is filled. I open the bin and close it and it goes away. We love our new ice maker!

Works great! We have had this for a couple of months now. I was used to a built-in icemker so was concerned it would not keep up with demand. It does great! We have even had a few small parties and it has done awesome!

Makes perfect ice and very quick and quiet. East to setup.
