Works great! We have had this for a couple of months now. I was used to a built-in icemker so was concerned it would not keep up with demand. It does great! We have even had a few small parties and it has done awesome!

Been working great for over 4 weeks! It's a little work cleaning it every week and descaling it every other week or 2 but worth the hassle. The ice it makes is great and I figure eventually this will pay for itself since the wife won't be buying Sonic ice any longer. Sorry Sonic. I hope you survive. :)

Love it! Works great and makes ice quickly. Lots of reviews talked about how noisy it is but we haven’t found that to be the case.

This ice maker is worth the cost as it makes the really good ice. If you like to chew on ice without ruining your teeth, get this. If you like a cold drink that doesn’t get too watered down, get this. But pay attention to the instructions as you have to totally drain it every 1-2 weeks. It’s heavy so it’s not the easiest procedure. Also, this will not fit under your cabinets. The listing says 16 inches tall but it’s 17 inches.

Makes a lot of ice and it isnt too loud! The side tankis a must!

Let me begin by saying, "I LOVE THE ICE!" However, I do not love the sounds this device makes. Sometimes it works great, but other times it squeals and hisses so loud that I have to turn it off. This is so disappointing, because I love everything else about the machine, but I can't stand to have it running because of the noise sometimes.

It's so nice, I bought it twice! One of my favorite things, this ice maker produces soft crunch ice. Bought one for my office that the team can't get enough of and then one for the home where the wife and kids are all over it day and night. If there are any complaints, I wish i could get a bigger one and the wifi is silly. Otherwise a great product.

Compact and easy to set up and use. Bought it for a client who didnt like the ice from their work fridge.

Amazing item! I can have sonic ice every minute of the day without having to go to sonic to buy it. Definitely like the fact that it makes enough ice for my family in less than an hour. Which means I can fill up the glasses at the beginning of the meal and by the time we need more; it's there!!

The Ice is amazing , machine is a little noisy but is totally worth it.

Loving the nugget ice so far. Easy to use. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when running, but not loud enough to really bother anyone. Would buy it again.

I purchased a GE Profile-Opal Portable Ice Machine for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She has been wanting one of these for a long time. Since this Christmas was one of the best ever since I nearly lost her in "2019" due to health problems, I wanted to surprise her with this!! I waited until Christmas day after the kids opened their presents and surprised her with it!! She totally loves it and that makes her mama happy as well !! Awesome customer service, it was out of stock at the store so they had it shipped to me! No problems so far !! Thank you Bestbuy !!!!

Makes small nuggets. Very good. My only problem is that the ice is wet. If we want to transfer some of the ice to the freezer for future use, it freezes in a solid clump. It's like it is not quite cold enough. Disappointed in that.

Love it We have the “good ice” in the house now lol Expensive but it’s something we use everyday so … it’s worth the money I guess

Great eating ice. Fit’s well under the upper cabinet. Spend the money and get the side tank. Works well with the phone app.
