    I thought it was going to be "meh". It was expensive, and it just makes ice. I thought, "So, there are cheaper ice makers; there are smaller ones; there are ones that make round ice. Why would I spend so much money? The Wifi? No. That's dumb." Well, I WAS WRONG. I plugged it in and WIZ. BANG. ZOOP. The ice was flying out. Left. Right. Up. Straight into the glass. It was like the chronglestomp fairy just had a bunch of ice babies that were round and crunchy. FOR THE PEOPLE. GET THE ICE.

    It is a little noisy, but my family has never enjoyed ice more?!?! It is not the cheapest but worth the money I believe!

    Really great ice maker for the last 2 years. Family of 5 who uses Hydro flasks, yeti and Stanley’s constantly love love this ice. It all of a sudden stopped working. We have great luck the last 23 months. Just waiting for repair at Best Buy to give me the fix.

    This ice machine is amazing! Easy to clean, easy to assemble, and easy to use. I have only used filtered water to fill it with but it does not have a bad/chemical taste. It has never ran completely out on my family of four. I love it so much i bought my mom one for Christmas!

    I love love love my ice maker it makes ice really fast. Also it is easy to clean and the light makes the machine to me lol it’s not too loud either definitely a good investment

    Great machine so far - no issues 2 months into ownership. Ice is just as described Sonic ice quality. 5x more pricey than the bullet cube competitor but exceeds ice production hands down over those bullet ice machines. I invested in the extended warranty just as a precaution. I’ve read about the poor reviews for the opal 1.0 version but so far this 2.0 version is pretty solid

    I’ve been through many ice makers. This is the ultimate for ice cube snobs. The pellet ice is amazing. It keeps it frozen til the next day. I recommend using the distilled water for best taste. I couldn’t be happier with this machine. Might be pricey but you get what you pay for.

    I have tried multiple similar products and have encountered issues with all of them. The GE... While a higher price point... Is well worth it. It is quieter, more efficient, and makes ice that is the perfect pellet size. No more stopping by the convenience store or Sonic for ice!
