My family loves the ice. So easy to setup, fill and use. I was worried about it being loud, but noise has not been an issue.

I loved my ice machine! That is until I started having problems with it. Water was coming out of my motor a little over the year. I’m contacting customer service to see if I can get a replacement or they can fix it. It’s not fair it lasts a little time compared to other cheaper ones.

Love this ice machine quickly makes ice and it's very small and just like chick FIL a ice.

We have been eyeing this product for a while but held off because of the hefty price tag. We recently bit the bullet and I am so glad we did. It makes ice super quickly and, although the product isn’t a freezer in itself, the ice keeps for a while. If you like nugget ice, this is a must-have.

I really like my ice maker. I have only had one issue with it where I had to return it. That is loud noise that it would make when making ice. I returned it to Best Buy and bought another one. The one I currently have works amazing.

I have to be honest, after buying this I didn’t expect for it to make Ice so fast. I literally had to get bags to start bagging it up! Well worth the money if you’re a ice lover....I’ve even mad Margarita ice bites to place into mixed Drinks lol. Don’t forget to get the extended warranty, a great 4 years investment. I wouldn’t rethink buying again. P S....... it did take a while to start making ice, I even thought it wasn’t working. But soon after it was.... & everytime I turn it on, it takes less than 10mins to start.

Absolutely love this product. I call it the fountain of youth. I live off of ice water and can drink more per day with how well this unit works. I even have my whole family drinking more water then they normally would since its so easy and plentiful. This is my second purchase of this Ice maker as a gift for a friend.

So far it is great, makes gr4eat ice and quickly. I do not have any noise issues, it isnt super quite but not noisy either.

Best ice machine ever! Makes the perfect ice and very low maintenance. Blows all of the other “nugget” ice makers out of the water!

Purchased our first ice maker in April 2022. Used it everyday and cleaned it regularly, but it broke in late Oct 2022. Error was to add water and could never get it fixed. Waited till Dec 2022 to purchase a new one since we had replacement plan (a must have for this product).

Pros: Makes ice fast and the ice pieces are a perfect size! Like Sonic ice. Aesthetically, the unit looks great. Cons: When it needs to add water, you have to remove the side tank, flip it, unscrew the cap, fill it, screw the cap back on, flip it back over and then (and here is where the problem arises) you have to lift the entire thing above the unit being careful that the little clear hose doesn't come out (which every time I do this, it comes out because it isn't tight enough and then water goes everywhere. This is the only way to get the air bubbles out of the system allowing it to fill and start making ice again. This is a really bad design. I have a Keurig pot next to my ice machine and it also has a side tank. You fill it from the top therefore never needing to lift it to allow it to start using the water. I don't know why the designers of this ice machine didn't think that having an opening at the top would be much better. I will be seeking a different ice maker that isn't so cumbersome.

I was very concerned with the prize of this ice machine because I’ve bought a few ice makers in the past for cheaper that went out on me but this one is so much better and worth the money I love the cleaning option on the machine and of course that it makes nugget ice yummy

Great product! Perfect cube size for all types of beverages for our family. There is a tiny amount of water that accumulates, but falls right into the tray so no mess!

This is the BEST decision I have ever made!!! I have been wanting this for a couple of years and kept watching it and deciding if it is worth the price tag, Well let me answer that for you YES!!! It works great, quite and the ice well come on it is the best ice on earth!!! I also have owned it for a couple months now so that I could give an honest review... It is worth every dollar spent...
