Love this ice maker. Well made, quiet, makes nugget ice reasonably fast and is a good looking unit in the kitchen. I haven't connected it via Wifi (why do I need my ice maker to be online again??), but I'm sure that feature will work well if needed. Highly recommend this thing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This item was delivered to me looking like this… it was supposed to be open box excellent condition. First of all the box was not even fully closed, the ice maker was not wrapped or protected in any way. When I took the product out I noticed the water tank had water droplets in it and was cracked! Called customer service and after 30 minutes on one call and 10 on another all that was solved is I can bring it in to return it or exchange it… this should never have been sent to me like this. And the fact that I can’t talk to anyone at the store to confirm this item so in fact there so I don’t. Waste more time is absurd.

So amazing! This ice maker works great. We found that if we keep the reservoir filled, and keep the machine on, it regulates itself and is always making ice and ready when you want it. We have convinced other family and friends to get it too and they love it!

Had this for a little over 2 weeks. Used it everyday since I picked it up. My whole family loves it. So worth it. I don’t use it with the app yet so I cannot speak on how that feature is. Worth it regardless.

3rd purchase of the Opal ice maker. Purchased a "First Build", a GE Profile first generation, and now this Second generation GE Profile Opal Ice Maker. This latest model is noisier than the prior to versions, but a sleek design.

I own a salon and my clients love having this ice as an added bonus to their drinks while waiting for their color to process!

So far I have only 1 complaint. I don't think this is 500$ Price point. We use it a lot. My husband found a way to hook up water to it. So we don't have to keep refilling the water revivor.

Loving our nugget ice maker, after about 3 weeks it started making a hissing noise. Not sure what it is but will be making an exchange thank goodness we purchased the 2 year warranty.

Love this ice maker. Have wanted this ice maker for 3 years, but so glad I waited for the newer version. The ice is amazing and will save so much money in the long run not having to continually buy bags of sonic ice. Setup was easy. Don’t hesitate to buy this machine.

Had this a year so far no issues and works great. We use it a lot so we go through the tank of water fast. Would be nice to have a direct water line option i could hook up so i dont have to fill thr tank so often.

The ice machine is amazing. It makes perfect chewable ice and it keeps the ice cold. I love that you can set a timer or just let it run regularly.

Awesome! Makes great ice extremely fast. Quiet forest take up much counter space. I will be buying a second one soon!

Love it!! It's so quiet and doesn't take as much counter space as we originally assumed. Only time it's noisy is because the vibration of it making ice sometimes vibrates against the wall and it can be loud. Nudging it makes it stop.
