I know some other reviews had some issues about the quality of the product. To date it has made ice 24/7! Its price is salty but it makes Sonic ice perfectly!

It stopped after about 3 min..This am it started again. This am it didnt stop. We unplugged the unit but it continued to squeal..Finally stopped but now we are scared to leave it running while we are away..Think long and hard before you spend your money on this machine. Its not worth the money..
