this is a rebuy - i had the original since July 2020. This 2.0 unit works really well. The ice is a bit better and has a softer crunch! Several upgrades - metal scoop with a magnetic holder. Screen filter for motor. All with the same functions. I think this one may be a touch quieter. But it pretty quiet for a counter appliance. There are some new features like the descaler and the inhibiter filter. Looking forward to years of use from this new version!

Great ice any time you want it. This machine gets the family to drink more water due to the soft crunchy ice. Nice color and storage for the scoop. Reservoir helps with low upkeep.

Works as expected. Makes ice quickly. If you are going to use distilled water you need 3 gallons between the initial cleaning/flush and then making ice.

Only downside is the product is big and is slightly noisy but it makes perfect, chewable ice that no other ice maker can.

Makes great ice super fast. The worst part about these units is the maintenance and keeping it clean, but man when you have large parties or specialty drinks there is nothing better. Our house fridge has super small ice bin, so we end up using this everyday more than most I am sure. Everyone wants one, but nto all can find it at the price we did.

You want real nugget ice this is it. Not only does it look good but it also gives you Real Sonic ice. Really enjoy this product. We use it all the time.

Im very happy that i bought this Nugget Ice Machine. It makes the small nuggets like Sonic has. Its very easy to use. This is the best one that i have ever bought. I highly recommend this one. I use it everyday and the ice stays in it. You never have to empty. Just fill up the water tank.

This has major improvements from the 1 series of the 2.0. This makes ice so much faster and will run all day. The filter reminder, Descale and sanitize reminder is great. The only problem is if you have hard water you are cleaning this every week. you have to do it right or the sensor will not turn off. This is worth the buy they have made great improvements with this.

The ice makes ice very fast. It is so good. The ice is like sonic but better. Easy to operate.

Makes ice fast and alot of it. Only complaint i have is not having the ability to cancel out certain lights for cleaning or filter by wifi.

Whennthe item works it will make ice. The problems start when it starts to make noise. This usually starts in 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. The noise songs like a very angry and loud cat being sucked into a vacuum cleaner and the noise will last for longer and longer periods of time. I took the first one back and exchanged it for a new one, which ran well for about 1 week then the noise started agian. After a great deal of research with my noise canceling headphones i found out it has to cleaned with a cleaning solution very frequently. I proceeded to clean it for several days and bought ice from the store. After multiple cleaning cycles i drained ot and turned it back on and it made ice. The noise quickly returned at a lower volume. Now it sounds the same just quieter. Now it sounds like you have a large pillow on the cat While its being pulled into the vacuum. Quieter but not soothing. My suggestion is to use the money you would spend on this to repair the freezer ice maker which i did not do. If you still need an ice maker look somewhere else unless you live in a very large house, or place the ice maker in a seperate building

Great product, easy to use and assemble. Great qulity.

I bought this for my mother. It was easy setting up and looks really nice! However every once in a while it will squeal really loud. The side water tank is easy to refill.

Works well, makes ice fast. Machine is extremely delicate though, needs maintenance every 2 weeks. Not for the average person who doesn’t keep up with maintenance.

Love it! The wife and kids are huge fans of the chick fil a ice and now we have it at the house. The side tank is a huge help. It pumps out ice quick. Looks good too

Ice is high quality and abundant. Only draw back is the unit keeps asking to be sanitized after we have only used for less than a month and already have sanitized it twice.

Makes lots of ice in just 30-40 minutes. Easy to use. Fills the bucket with just one water fill. Love the suze if the ice too. Just replaced one i had 4 years with the new model! Firget the undercounter built ins!

Great machine! Most annoying part is the upkeep and cleaning, but worth it for that good nugget ice!

So I really enjoy the ice maker when it’s working perfect, but every now and then I feel like it doesn’t get water from the side tank. I think this has to do with the size of the machine and where I have it located. Make sure you have adequate space so the water lines don’t get constricted. I think that is the issue I have and then I have to put water in the tank and that will take care of it for a while. The second issue is when you open the container to get ice it always drips no matter what. This issue I have no clue on how to fix. I had seen it in other reviews but went ahead and bought it anyways I needed a more reliable ice maker. Other than that it work great there is always nice crushed ice ready for you cup. I don’t think these issues are enough for me to return it and will deal with them. Better than dealing with my crusty old ice maker I had to clean once a week.

Makes great ice! It is a little louder than I thought it would be. Holds ice for about 18 hours before it begins to melt. I do like that it continues to make ice as the ice in the drawer melts. It's a very good product!
