I didn’t know I needed this until I got it but I don’t think I could go a day without it! If you are thinking about it, just do it you won’t regret it . This ice maker makes ice upon your own schedule you set in the app and it’s ready when you wake up for your ice coffee, it keeps ice in the drawer all day long and as soon as you scoop some it starts making more. It also lets you know via notification when you need to add more water. Run don’t walk!! Grab it now!!!

Love love love. We got this because we use a lot of ice. We use it every day and it has been a godsend. The only issue we’ve had is about a week ago, it started saying “add water” and shutting off when it did not need water. We are in the process of troubleshooting and think it might be the filter. Wish us luck!

It’s very loud when making ice. Other than that it’s been great. Recommends sanitation sooner than expected but I’m sure that’s best.

This is a game changer if you like me have a refrigerator that makes bad ice or rarely works. The ice is fresh makes drinks taste like fountain drinks and makes a lot. It alerts to when to flush for sanitizing reasons. We turn machine off at night and back on in the morning and have ice all day. They aren’t cheap but BB and GE frequently have on sale.

Great machine ! Makes " easy chew " ice cubes very fast ! And it looks great too.

I would highly recommend this nugget ice maker. I have owned it for about a month now and have really loved how quickly it makes ice. The ice comes out just like the popular Sonic nugget ice. Extra water tank was included with this model and is nice because I do not need to refill it as much. You can make the ice by using the App on your phone or you can just turn it on. It keeps the ice frozen while the unit is turned on. Go out and get yourself one.

This product is great when it works. We have had this less than two weeks and it is making loud noises that require it to be unplugged. Wanted to post video but review only allows for pictures. Anyone else having this issue?

This ice maker is hands down the best one! We have had a few other "sonic" like ice makers in the past and they do not compare to how much better this one is. We are a family of 5, we have many get togethers with friends and we have yet to run out if ice. It makes ice fast. It is very quiet in comparison with other makers we have had. I love that it has a light feature to see the ice in the holder, especially at night... Hands down it is #1 in my opinion.

One of the best ice makers ever, cons you have to clean it out every week. The decal light comes on. That’s super annoying the filter don’t work. it has to work too hard to make ice so I took it out because it kept on drawing codes or just simply not make an ice

Ill be straight up and honest. This ice maker is downright expensive. But not a penny of the price tag i regret spending. This machine has been nothing but fantastic, and it gets used heavily. Myself, my fiancé, my mom, and i even gave gallong bags of ice to other family because nugget ice is just superior. If i ever needed to, i would 100% pull the trigger and buy it again.

This is a great product. But sometimes can get loud.

I had an issue with previous machine making a screeching noice to make ice so I upgraded to 2.0 and after a month it would say add water for it to make ice even though the bin and reservoir was full , i did all the trouble shooting and still wouldn't work till i took out the filter and just put the plug/screen in place and the machine started to make ice. I think its the filter that was clogged so I ordered a new one to see if that takes care of the issue, I'll report back once i get the new filter installed.

This is the best gift given to hubby for holidays, last year. He enjoyed the ease of continuous crunching ice at all hours for all his drinks. Great for morning smoothies, all day iced tea in his Dolphins great American tumbler, and evening drinks.

A lot of research landed us on the GE Profile Opal 2.0 and we were not disappointed. Nothing better than having nugget ice on demand. Easy set-up, low maintenance, amazing ice! Purchased with the Best Buy warranty, as with all my purchases, but no issues so far. Still producing quick ice and is an absolute hit for my family and friends.

Great product! Produces ice quickly and consistently. Word of caution, be sure the hose is connected to the side reservoir BEFORE filling with water!

I love this ice maker. I haven’t had any issues with it. It does requires time to clean to keeo it running properly but I don’t mind

This is the best ice machine we have ever purchased. You have to make sure that you cleaning it regularly and use distill water with it.
