This is a headache.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These things do not last a year!!! No amount of cleaning or taking care of the machine will change that. I went to the store return my Opal that clunked out on me after 11 months and I had to pay extra for a new one since they didn't make the one I had anymore. What a scam...Bestbuy charged me 100 dollars for a 5 year warranty and still made me pay. Best Buy and GE is not standing behind their products.

Reordered the product, thinking that the one I had was a lemon, and was sent a broken unit that had been used and was damaged. I returned for refund. Very frustrated and disappointed with this product.
