Posted .Oh no! We hate to hear this happened. if you have not already done so, try disconnecting power to your microwave for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once power is restored, please call 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment with GE Appliances Service to have the unit checked under the terms of your one-year manufacturer's warranty.

Watch out for templates
