Posted .We'd like to provide some clarification regarding the air fryer mode of your microwave. It is normal for you microwave to preheat in air fry mode, when you open the door, some heat will be lost, but the unit will super heat the air once the door is closed to reach the set temperature. Some moisture can leave your food while it is being cooked, and condensation can appear on the glass door. Disappointed to say the least

Popcorn button convenient. Stainless interior makes cleaning easy and looks high end. Love that it’s made in the U.S.

The installation and the person installing it was awesome. However, immediately after using a microfiber cloth to wipe it down, the cheap metal used was scratching as I went along. I have opted to exchange it for a stainless steel black. Second, closing the door is extremely noisy. It feels like it is slamming each and every time no matter how gently you try to be.

But i will say this the sales team that wrote my purchase up was Great! But i will NEVER AGAIN GO TO ANY OF YOUR BUSINESSES NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY. You got the purchase date WRONG!

I really appreciate their customer service. The microwave was installed in my rental. So far no complaints from the tenant.

I think it's a good unit, but directions are so poor that unless you're a really savvy user, I wouldn't recommend it. It has always worked, The only good directions are the warnings. It's a good unit if you can figure out how to make it work.

There is a great feature on this unit called My Cycle which allows you to create a custom cook time setting, and with one touch, cook your favorite dish just the way you like. Your use and care manual (page8) will have more details about this feature.

3rd time the charm?

Second burned the food in convection mode in the back right quadrant. Having a THIRD one delivered today. I had a previous model of this GE Profile convection oven for about 15 years. I have high hopes that this one will meet the expectation and be everything I am hoping for!
