Posted .We'd like to provide some clarification regarding the air fryer mode of your microwave. It is normal for you microwave to preheat in air fry mode, when you open the door, some heat will be lost, but the unit will super heat the air once the door is closed to reach the set temperature. Some moisture can leave your food while it is being cooked, and condensation can appear on the glass door. (Wattage was not displayed, we had to look it up - unfortunately after wondering why things took so long). There are no express controls; you have to go through 3 steps to heat for 1 minute!

Convection Over-the-Range microwave on 1/22/24. Was never any doubt that the replacement would be another GE Profile. Original one still worked fine and never had one problem with it. Wife enjoying new oven and likes having the ability to cook without microwaving in both this and her regular big oven.

Disappointed to say the least

The under light is bright. It heats up the food very good. I haven’t used the air fryer so I am not able to give a review. The only thing I don’t like is that it gets wet from the smoke when boiling water or frying, even though fan is on. I do like that it has 3 fan settings.
